To help fleet growth, fleet Captains may request up to ten issues of the next production run of MainBrace, each year, to help promote fleet growth. The purpose of this program is to aid in the expansion of the fleet.

The Fleet Captain of a new fleet Charter should request this immediately upon completion of the charter.
